Most recently, as Vice President, Creative Director at Hunter Douglas, he inspired, built and led a high-performance in-house agency, transforming it into a creative powerhouse that fueled brand innovation and growth, contributing to the company’s landmark $7.1 billion acquisition.

He is also the founder of Seed Creative Group, a multi-disciplinary branding and design firm accomplished in adapting vision across all categories of development. Versatile and universal, Seed Creative’s clients have included international fashion, entertainment, beauty and lifestyle clients such as DKNY, American Eagle Outfitters, Sony Loews Entertainment, Oxygen Media, H. Stern, Liz Lange Maternity, Irene Neuwirth, Shiseido, Swatch, as well as Japan’s number-one handbag company, Kitamura.

Seed Creative Group’s marketing partnership with Shiseido Cosmetics has resulted in outstanding growth for this cosmetic powerhouse, as well as their prestige brand, Clé de Peau Beauté. Additional beauty clients include NARS, Antonia’s Flowers and Blue Mercury.

Prior to launching Seed Creative Group, Mr. Montgomery was Senior Vice President & Creative Director at both Arnell Group and Toth Advertising. He was responsible for the growth of international campaigns for clients such as Chanel, Isaac Mizrahi, Ray Ban, Tommy Hilfiger, Anne Klein, OIOI (Marui Department Stores, Japan), and Cheil Cosmetics (Korea).

At Arnell, Mr. Montgomery was critical to the concept development and launch of the highly successful Hanes Tina Turner campaign. Donald-Scott was Senior Designer at Barneys New York and began his career as an Art Director at BBDO.
